Instructions
Commonly added at the suggested g/L to a nitrogen source, sugar, and amino acid mixture. Mix with stirring for 10-15 minutes, and filter sterilize or autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. While CuSO4, Folic Acid, FeCl3, and Riboflavin have not been added to this product, trace amounts of these ingredients may be inadvertently introduced into the media from water, glassware, or other sources.
